Current Project & Works

As a Fine Art photography student, I am still constantly exploring my practice in Photography. I specialise in landscape photography and my work primarily puts a focus on Black and White imagery and building composition through texture, light shapes and form.

Alongside my landscape practice, I am actively experimenting with a range of subject matters and visual approaches. From Abstract details to alternative environments and conceptual ideas, my work embraces exploration and play as an essential part of the creative process. This allows me to develop new perspectives, refine my style and expand the boundaries of my photography.

A high-contrast black and white photograph captures a solitary figure suspended in shadow, their form partially swallowed by the darkness. The stark divide between bright light and deep black space considers how mental health can feel isolating, yet the presence of the lens, my lens, suggests something more: a quiet witness. Through sharp contrast and deliberate framing, the image conveys that even in moments of loneliness, someone is always there observing us, holding space and reminding us that we are never entirely alone.

This high-contrast black and white landscape photograph frames Victorian seaside dressing rooms in Saltburn, offering a small study on geometry and light.
